We will miss you Pres. Hinckley!

We just wanted to say that we are going to miss President Hinckley! I always looked forward to when he would get up at General Conference and talk. He had such a great sense of humor and as one of my friends said, "He is such a cute, old man". What a great thing he has done for the Church and what a great reunion he must be having on the other side. We love you Pres. Hinckley!!!

Haircut :(

As you can see, Sarah gave herself a haircut. She said her hair was in the way. How nice!! Good thing she did a pretty good job.

Seth's 1st Basketball Game

Seth is learning how to play b-ball and doing a right fine job, especially since we have never really practiced with him--what great parents we are. He loves to play defense (as I'm sure you can see from the video) and tells us that he is "pretty good". I'm proud to say that his self-esteem is very intact!

Help Me Get the Happy Baby Back!

Could you imagine that this little boy is having one ear infection after another? We are trying to get this happy baby back, any ideas? He has had one after another in the past two months. He just finished another round of antibiotics yesterday morning for a double ear infection and then by last night he had a fever again. Into the doctor again today and the one side has still not cleared up and now maybe also pneumonia, so here we go again!! If you have any bright ideas, let me know.

Independent Girls!

My girls love to dress themselves and sometimes it works out well and sometimes they come out with lovely creations. (notice the purple and white striped "hello kitty" socks on Sarah--just adds to the whole outfit, wouldn't you say?) Oh well, hopefully people understand that they dress themselves, because it sure wouldn't be worth the fight to get them to change their clothes!!

What we're thankful for!

The girls and I were sitting here watching the snow piling up quite rapidly and started talking about all the things we are thankful for. Here are a few:
Snow (we are up to about 3 inches since this morning)
sleeping babies
our kitties (Darla and Joe)
toys
central heat
seeing the temple
hot chocolate
old friends
husbands
tiny, tea (aka hot chocolate) sets
ponies
internet
It is so fun to watch how beautiful the world becomes when everything is all white!

Happy Birthday Sam!

Sam is a New Year's Eve baby so here he is another year older. I Love you and hope you had a great birthday.

Sledding

We went to Utah after Christmas for Uncle Ben's wedding and we got to go sledding. Yeah! there are actually hills and some really big ones that we had a few crashes on, but we had a great time :)

Christmas!!

Spencer this is for you! We has lots of fun with Grandma and Grandpa McIntyre doing the nativity (no bucking of the donkey this year), Luke loving their Christmas tree and the kids had tons of fun at the "grandkid party" making sugar cookies and playing house with Grandpa and Grandma.
