We decided for Spring Break this year we would go west again to see my sister and her family in Seattle. Monday we woke up to Sarah being one sick little girl. She was like this all day as we packed and got ready leave. She ended up having the "true flu", poor girl and was just bushed for 2 days straight. We stayed Monday night with my parents and then we all loaded in their car and took off for Seattle.
The drive was beautiful and besides having to stop at least once an hour for Sarah to pee we made it. We even got to enjoy the beautiful snow layers in Snowqualmie.
Seattle's weather was being completely normal (lots of rain, cold, and wind) but we were hoping for a repeat of last year's wonderful weather. So our vacation consisted of short walks around the block with umbrellas,
"trying" to play at the park (after we walked over there the kids were way to cold to hardly play),
watching movies for this little girl (but thank heavens she got better super quick),
"exercising" in the living room,
and enjoying this little cutie, our niece Grace.
Everybody loved holding her and playing with her.
