It seems like lately that I don't have enough time in my day to do all the things I want to do. So this little blog gets quite neglected sometimes. It might because I'm working at the kids school in the mornings or working on Stake girls camp already or working on fundraising for Seth's robotics team or doing relief society stuff or the many, many other normal things a mom does but hey!! It's December so I better get caught up.
At the beginning of November Sam and I had the opportunity to go to Sun Valley with some friends for the weekend and it was awesome (well except for almost burning our legs off in the hot tub!!). My awesome sister Emily came down from college to stay with the kids for us. We love having her come down. Luke helped her get the apples ready for apple pie filling. Cross that off the list! Plus the apple pie we made from it was absolutely amazing (:
In the middle of November we took the older kids and went to Vocal Point. Oh my word--did we have a great time. We sat next to our friends and loved the whole performance. Nothing like an awesome concert.
The kids are eagerly awaiting the start--cute kids!
Also in November Seth got his Star rank (1 more merit badge away from Life--yeah!).
Plus all his merit badges he's earned over the past year. Can you tell he's 13? He loves "posing" for the camera and thinks he's pretty cool!
