Does anyone else dread spring break like I do? The kids are so bored and complain about having nothing fun to do so this year I decided I better do something different so I don't go crazy! I planned atleast one fun thing to do each day so hopefully it will work better. Today we spent several hours at our friends house eating lunch, talking, walking to the playground, watching movies and having a great time. Then for family night we went skating, which the kids loved and out for shakes later. We'll see if the whole planning thing works because for the 2 hours between friend's house and skating, it was a little rough. They complained that time wasn't moving fast enough, that you shouldn't have to practice violin during spring break, that dinner was taking too long, etc. etc. I guess 2 hours is better than 12. So on to another fun day :)

maybe you could send them up here...i'm sure they'd LOVE to work on the farm like i had to...and probably you too! actually, i quite enjoyed it...i know, i'm a weirdo! good luck, i bet you'll have a great week!
