So I thought maybe I should give an update on what is going on right now in our lives. We have finished with our foster care classes (PRIDE classes they are called), yeah! They consumed much of our lives the past couple months but we learned a lot. A huge thanks to our friends that watched our kids for 3 hours at a time!!! We got almost done with our homestudy, but they informed us that the ditch in our backyard, that only has water for 4 month of the year and only a couple inches at that, has to be covered, fenced or filled in before we can get foster kids. So that is where we are at now. To fence would be a thousand dollars and since we are planning on selling our house before we would get any sort of use out of that, we decided that wasn't an option, so we are filling it on with pvc pipe and rock. Exciting huh!
Other than that we are getting our house ready to put on the market. We can't resist it. The market here is not too bad but we can get into a much bigger home for much less than two years ago so we are going to try it.
The rest of our days are spent before we even realize it, I mean it's March already, can you believe it?
