Day 5--Driving Home

I had been dreading this part all week!
Driving 12 hours down wasn't bad at all.  We had the cruise to look forward to.  Now coming back all we had to look forward to was mountains of laundry, nasty voicemails on our answering machine (don't ask!), coordinating a school wide fundraiser, and everything else that always happens when you are out of town (like Seth's broken wrist).
Now don't get me wrong.  We were very excited to see our kids but that was the only thing we were excited about.
Any hoot, on the way back we stopped in Barstow CA and got to eat at our very 1st In-N-Out Burger.  Sam and I have never been there and it's all Doug could talk about so we stopped there for lunch.  Not too shabby!  Their burgers were excellent and man were they crazy busy.  I have never seen a store like that, but that's probably cause we live in Idaho.
Anyways, after a brief stop at the Outlet Mall we were headed to Vegas for a rest stop.
I haven't been to Vegas since I was probably 10 or 12.  Man has it changed!!
We decided to walk the Strip that night and man did we get an eyeful.  Let me just say that we will not be going back any time soon.  Here are some pictures we took:

Then we headed to PF Changs for dinner.  After a very long wait and free lettuce wraps we all felt better so we decided to see the M&M store.  I have never been there.  I didn't think I liked M&M's that much but after walking through 4 floors I was in love and could of gone home with one of everything.  I'm serious, it was awesome!

And before I forget, Sam and I got to have our massages.
Your probably wondering what kind of massage that is.  It is a water massage.  It was very interesting and very relaxing.  Thanks everyone for letting us win!!
The highlight of the night was the Bellagio water show.  I  have never seen that either and it was amazing!!  I could watch that every night, I was enthralled.
After a short nights rest it was up early and off to home.  We were so happy to see our kids and be at our  own house, but we had lots of fun and were so glad we went!!
2015 or bust!
