Jessica's Wedding--Caldwell Reception

Luke and I took off the Thursday before the reception to head up to the parents to help get all the food ready. We dropped the three older ones off at school and got on the road. We had the best ride up there. This kids is amazing!! We spent 20 minutes alone talking about cancer and how it grows in your body. He is fascinated by everything and it awesome.
My sister was still visiting with her two youngest so Luke was in heaven to have constant playmate. They loved being on "grandma's machine".
After lunch at Grandpa's shop (and searching for seashells in the empty canal--so entertaining to them), we picked up Bridon and boy did those boys play. They were so good and got along so well. I was so impressed and loved watching them be together.
There was a lot of trampoline jumping,
getting rides on the 4 wheeler,
 shooting Luke's airsoft gun,
 having snacks,
drinking Grandma's pop, and playing the wii. What fun cousins we have!!
And this cute girl was absolutely delightful. Love hanging out with her!! Here she is playing on Grandma's ipad while Grandpa reads a map. They were both having a perfect time.
By Saturday, Sam was here with the 3 older kids and it was go, go, go on food. Everyone was troopers to help. There was mini carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, lemon bars, and mini cheesecakes. Also homemade salsa with chips, veggies with dip, spinach dip with bread, and italian sodas.
The reception was a blast. It was down in my Dad's shop and was so beautiful. I wish I would of taken pictures of the transformation but forgot my camera. It was gorgeous and it didn't look like a shop at all. So pretty!!
All the little boy cousins were found outside the entire evening playing on the 4 wheelers. They were imagining all sorts of things and it was so cute to watch them. Sam finally started supervising to make sure no one took off but man were they in their element.
Afterwards, we took down and got everything put away and man were we tired. In a great way but still so tired. The evening turned out fabulous and we decided to stay the night and go to church with the family because we had had such a great weekend. Then as we say the rest is history and you know that story already!!
